The CHIKO After Dark Series will offer an array of dishes created by CHIKO and the guest chefs, in addition to the rest of the CHIKO menu being available. Chef Matt Hill will be joined by pitmaster Dan Till, a veteran of Pork Barrel BBQ and Evening Star Café in Del Ray. Both are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
